NEW BUSINESS:

1. Request from the Community Development Director to reassign zoning of a MR (Multi-Family Residence) to a B-2 (Central Business) of certain properties located within the entire East side of the 200 Block of S. Walnut. The properties are legally described as: BLK 37 and commonly known as 201, 205, 209, 217, 225, 229, 235 South Walnut and 118 W Third in the City of Centralia, IL Marion County.

2. Request from Mark Baltzell to operate a business at 205, 209 and 217 S Walnut in the City of Centralia, IL Marion County.

3. Request from C & B Parts Supply to operate a business at 1030 N Poplar in the City of Centralia, IL Marion County.

4. Request from William McClanahan to operate a business at 524 S Chestnut in the City of Centralia, IL Marion County.
