Friends & Families of Sarah Bush Lincoln Fayette County Hospital will hold a golf outing to support planned renovations at the hospital. The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 28 at Indian Springs Golf Course in Fillmore. Teams of four can register for $400.
A raffle will also take place during the outing, offering a week-long stay in the Orlando area. This prize was donated by Mike and Jayne Genta of Effingham. More information about ticket sales will be provided soon.
“We’re very excited to host our first golf outing to raise funds for the hospital that continues to grow and provide excellent service to our community,” said Jay Jolliff, President Elect of Friends & Families of SBLFCH. “We invite all golfers to join us on June 28th. It’ll be a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Whether you play golf or not, there are many ways to show your support including through a sponsorship, general donation or by purchasing raffle tickets. We’re so appreciative of the Gentas for this very generous resort package.”
Registration and lunch begin at 11 am with tee time set for 1 pm. Sponsorship levels range from Partner ($1,500), which includes recognition on brochures and banners as well as golf for eight people, down to Amateur ($500), which includes signage on the course and golf for four people.
Friends & Families of SBLFCH has supported Sarah Bush Lincoln Fayette County Hospital since 1988 through fundraising efforts as a nonprofit organization. Donations have funded more than $1.5 million in medical equipment purchases and have supported care programs for uninsured patients.
