Salem Township Hospital CEO to speak at April Lunch & Learn event on critical access hospitals

Salem Township Hospital announced on Mar. 25 that Chief Executive Officer James Timpe will lead the next Lunch & Learn presentation, focusing on the role of “Critical Access Hospitals” in supporting community health.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at noon and will take place at the First Christian Church Gym located at 1200 W. Boone St., Salem, Illinois. Attendees are invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch, coffee, and dessert provided by Salem Township Hospital’s Nutritional Services team.

According to the announcement, Timpe will discuss how these hospitals are essential to maintaining the health of local communities. The session is part of an ongoing series organized by Salem Township Hospital’s Outpatient Care Coordinators who aim to provide educational opportunities for the public each month.
