HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese will hold a health fair on Saturday, March 7, from 6 to 10 a.m. at its medical office building located at 9515 Holy Cross Lane in Breese, Illinois. Attendees are advised to park in the main lot off Holy Cross Lane and enter through the west-facing door of the medical office building.

The event offers several health screenings: a comprehensive panel for $50 (requiring a 10-hour fast with only water allowed), prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening for $20, hemoglobin A1C for $15, and vitamin D screening for $15. Participants must select their desired tests during preregistration; no additional screenings can be added on the day of the event.

All participants are required to register online through MyHSHS, which is powered by MyChart. Registration instructions include creating or logging into a MyHSHS account at www.myhshs.org using one’s full legal name as it appears in hospital records. The registration process involves selecting “Health Fair” under the Find Care section and choosing HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese as the location before scheduling an appointment time.

Registration closes at the end of Friday, Feb. 20, or when all appointments are filled. On-site registration will not be available due to limited spots. For help with registration or questions about MyHSHS, individuals can call 618-526-5356 or reach out to the MyChart support line at 1-866-312-5023.

The health fair operates as a self-pay service; payments must be made on the day of service by cash or check only—no payments are accepted during preregistration. Insurance will not be billed for these services, but attendees may submit receipts to their insurance providers independently.

Test results will be posted exclusively to participants’ MyHSHS accounts; they will not be mailed or faxed to healthcare providers. It is each participant’s responsibility to follow up on any abnormal findings identified during the screenings.

There will be no fall health fairs in Breese, Highland, or Greenville in 2026.
