Q4 real estate sales report: Mount Olive

Median prices declined in Mount Olive over last year, and are up 16 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 6 homes sold in Mount Olive for a median price of $47,500. That's 23 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
