City of Carlyle TIF Joint Review Board met Dec. 3.

The Joint TIF Review was called to order by City Administrator Andy Brackett on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 10:01 a.m. at Carlyle City Hall located at 850 Franklin Street, Carlyle, IL 62231. Those present included Christine Wheeler from Kaskaskia College, Chief Mark Pingsterhaus, Andy Brackett, and Martha Reinkensmeyer.
Andy distributed to those present copies of the Fiscal Year 2019 Annual TIF Report filed with the State
TIF 1
There was $334,005.00 deposited into the fund. Total revenues were $4,256,876.00. Total expenditures were $349,499.00. The Net/ Income/Cash Receipts Over/(Under) Cash Disbursements was ($15,494). The fund balance is $124,627.00.
TIF 2
There was $730,043.00 deposited into the fund. Total revenues were $9,019,850.00. Total expenditures were $727,745.00. The Net/ Income/Cash Receipts Over/(Under) Cash Disbursement was $2,298.00. The fund balance is $1,540.00. TIF 2 is used a pass-through fund for the other taxing bodies.
TIF 3
There was $53,545.00 deposited into the fund. Total revenues were $383,211.00. Total expenditures were $45,972.00. The Net/ Income/Cash Receipts Over/(Under) Cash Disbursements was $7,573.00. The fund balance is $116,763.00.
