Bunker Hill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Bunker Hill rose by $25,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 50% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bunker Hill in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Bunker Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,710, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
