PRESENT: Alderman Bilbruck, Alderman Brockmeier, Alderman Direso, Alderman Downey, Alderman Heigert, Mayor Deanna Demuzio, City Attorney Dan O’Brien, City Clerk Carla Brockmeier, City Treasurer Jody Reichmann, Police Chief Dave Haley, Zoning Administrator Steve Parr, Absent: Alderman Campbell, Oswald and Toon, PWD Dan Held, Assistant Budget Officer
Approval of Previous Minutes - Motion was made by Alderman Heigert to approve minutes, seconded by Direso, motion passed unanimously.
Approval of Bills/Approval of Lake Bills/Lake Adhoc Bills/Lake Watershed - Motion to approve bills pending approval from PWD Held of concrete work completed was made by Alderman Heigert, seconded by Bilbruck, motion passed, with Direso abstaining.
Correspondence
Joey Naples/Charcoal Alley Jennifer Stewart/Square Use
Motion to approve both pieces of correspondence was made by Alderman Downey, seconded Heigert, motion passed unanimously.
Public Comment - None
Old Business
Ordinance Newwave Franchise Agreement - Second Read/Motion was made to approve by Alderman Direso, seconded by Heigert, motion passed unanimously.
New Business
Salary Ordinance - First Read
Motion to adjourn was made by Alderman Downey at 7:10 p.m., seconded by Heigert motion passed unanimously.
