1. Speed limit ordinance for Emmerson Airline Road near Girard
The Committee considered an ordinance establishing a speed zone on a portion of the Emmerson Airline Road in accordance with the speed study presented at
the February meeting. The following motion was made:
Motion made by Kiel, seconded by Quarton to recommend the full Board approve an ordinance establishing a 50-mph speed zone on the Emmerson Airline from Henry Road east to the Girard city limits.
RESULT: MOTION TO RECOMMEND [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Bernie Kiel, Member
SECONDER: Robert Quarton, Vice Chair

2. Speed limit ordinance for Hagaman Road in Hagaman
The Committee considered an ordinance establishing a speed zone on a portion of Hagaman Road in accordance with the speed study presented at the February meeting. The following motion was made:
Motion made by Harding, seconded by Long to recommend the full Board approve an ordinance establishing a 35-mph speed zone on Hagaman Road from IL Route 108 north 0.5 mile.
RESULT: MOTION TO RECOMMEND [UNANIMOUS]
