City of Carlyle issued the following announcement on July 23.

The City of Carlyle is proud to announce Andy Brackett as the Interim City Administrator. He will assume this new role along with his current title of Park Director. He has served as our Parks Director since 2016 and has proven to be a wonderful asset to our City. We know he'll do great things!
