Jackson discussed with Cultural Society and Walsh with Kaskaskia College the use of empty downtown store front windows to promote Centralia events with a two-fold positive outcome, 1) promote tourism through local activities and events, and 2) improve City appearance and detract from empty sites. The City Hall Locust Street window was discussed as a trial window.

Exterior tourism related options for the trolley were reviewed along with a wrap and decal quote.
