24 Clinton County residents in their forties test positive for COVID-19

As of June 19, there have been 24 Clinton County residents in their forties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 364 residents in their forties in the county who had been tested, meaning that six percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through June 19, there have been 220 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 17 deaths from the coronavirus in Clinton County.

Illinois gathers all of its COVID-19 data from across the state electronically. The reported cases and deaths will fluctuate as additional info is gathered. Chicago was home to one of the first known cases of COVID-19 in the US, as well as it's transmission.
