Motion to recommend to the City Council to allow Fire Chief Adermann to enter into a contract with Yard Heating and Cooling for preventative maintenance for a 5-package heating and cooling units and 2 split systems at a cost not to exceed $1,278.23, unless a combined contract with the Municipal Building results in a lower cost
