New Baden home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in New Baden fell by $931 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,319 - a 0.8% decrease over the $119,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Baden in August 2019.
