Carlyle home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Carlyle rose by $72,889 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 134.7% increase over the $54,112 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carlyle in August 2019.
