New Baden home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in New Baden rose by $28,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in New Baden in October 2019, as well.
