Pricing for the median home in Germantown decreased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Germantown fell by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,000 - a 31.5% decrease over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Germantown in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,484, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
