Damiansville home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Damiansville rose by $83,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 101.2% increase over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Damiansville in the second half of 2019, as well.
