On Aug. 24, Dieterich Bank purchased a commercial property at 550 N. Second St., Breese from First Bank for $550,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,747.98, 1.41% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2020, eight properties sold in Breese.
