In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $716.98, which is 2.56% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Sandoval as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joyce L. Pritchard, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 310 S. Main as of Oct. 10, 2020.
