City of Litchfield Zoning Board of Appeals met April 3.
Here is the agenda as provided by the board:
1. Call meeting to order.

3. A motion to: “approve or (disapprove) a sign variance to allow the relaxation of the 60 sq. ft. maximum allowance for Billboards to allow a 392 sq. ft. Billboard at 909 E Columbian Blvd.
4. A motion to: “approve or (disapprove) a sign variance to allow the relaxation of the minimum distance between Billboards from 1000 ft. to 790 ft.+- for a proposed Billboard at 909 E. Columbian Blvd.
5. A motion to: “approve or (disapprove) a sign variance to allow the relaxation of the setbacks for Billboards from 30 ft. to 10 ft. for the proposed Billboard at 909 E. Columbian Blvd.
6. A motion to: “approve or (disapprove) a “Special Use Permit” which is required for the construction of a Billboard at 909 E. Columbian Blvd.
