Motion by Wiggins, seconded by Rosentreter to seat Barr at 5:03.

2. New Applicant - Beaver Dam Smokehouse BBQ & Grill
Duncan said that a new application had come in for the Beaver Dam Restaurant with Beaver Damn Smokehouse BBQ & Grill owned by Tim Snodgrass. All of the application was complete and he had paid the appropriate fee.
Motion by Rosentreter, seconded by Wiggins to approve the application.
