Parcel 1100012176 is zoned RS-5 Single Family Residence District. This request is for a variance of the City of Salem’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 23, Article III, Division 5, Section 23.198(4) a’s minimum setback requirement, according to Chapter 23, Article III, Division 1, Section 23-113. Legal description of parcel 1100012176 is LAKE PARK ADD. 2 LOTS 6 & 7 & 8 & 16’ S SIDE LOT 9 BLOCK 3.
