Macoupin County Board Public Safety Committee met June 4.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

I. CALL TO ORDER

PRESENT: Kiel, Dragovich, Barr, Adden, Ibberson, Payne, Starr, Duncan, Schmidt

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. Resolve into executive session

Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Barr to resolve into executive session at 5:01 pm.

RESULT: RESOLVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION [UNANIMOUS]

MOVER: Jim Ibberson, Member

SECONDER: Leann Barr, Member

AYES: Kiel, Dragovich, Barr, Adden, Ibberson, Payne, Starr

2. Interview of Applicants for Animal Control Administrator Position (Please note the deadline to apply is June 6th so this will be interviews of all applicants as of the meeting date. Any other applicants before the deadline will be interviewed at a later date)

3. Arise from executive session

Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Adden to arise from executive session at 6:04 pm.

RESULT: ARISE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION [UNANIMOUS]

4. Statement

The committee would meet again on Monday, June 10th at 5:00 pm to interview other potential applicants.
