City of Litchfield Planning Commission met October 14.

1. Call Public Hearing to order.

2. Roll call of members.

3. Request for an amendment to the Zoning ordinance #2831 for a zoning change from (A-1) Agricultural to (M-F) Multi-family residential for the parcel 10-33-100-001 and a zoning change from (S-1) Single family residence to (M-F) Multi-family residence for the parcel 10-33-203-004. For the purpose of demolishing the old “Kirk Terrace Housing” and constructing single family, duplex, triplex and quadplex homes.

Motion to recommend/deny an amendment to the Litchfield zoning ordinance #2831 for a zoning change from (A-1) Agricultural to (M-F) Multi-family residence for the parcel 10-33-100- 001 and a zoning change from (S-1) Single family residence to (M-F) Multi-family residence for the parcel 10-33-203-004 to the city council. For the purpose of demolishing the old “Kirk Terrace Housing” and constructing Single family, Duplex and quadplex homes. Contingent on approval of funding.
