City of Litchfield Planning Commission met Jan. 13.

1. Call Public Hearing to order.

2. Roll call of members.

3. Request for an amendment to the Zoning ordinance #2831 for a zoning change from (S-1) Single family residence to (M-F) Multifamily residential for a parcel # 10-34-100-019 and a “Minor subdivision” for parcel # 10-34-100-018 located along the Clark Street extension.
