1. Finance - Kassidy Paine - A motion to approve a reciprocal agreement of exchange of information between the City of Litchfield and the Illinois Department of Revenue.

2. Dwayne Gerl - Streets - A motion to award the following bids for services for MFT street maintenance for the 2025 oil and chipping streets program for a total amount not to exceed $288,053.35.

3. Water - Jake Fleming - A motion to award a bid to install approximately 6000’ of watermain and 7000’ of sewer force main with a lift station at the IDOT maintenance facility north of Litchfield to Haier Plumbing and Heating for an amount not to exceed $825,598.00.

4. Lake - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve a Resolution authorizing an agreement with CampSpot as the online campground reservation and point of sale system for the Lake Lou Yaeger Recreation Area.

5. Building/Planning/Zoning - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve an ordinance approving a Minor Subdivision Plat for Schmidt Estates.

6. Building/Planning/Zoning - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve an ordinance amending the zoning classification of Lot 1 of Schmidt Estates, PIN #10-34-100-019, from S-1 single family to M-F multifamily.

7. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve an ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a development agreement for a residential subdivision development project in TIF #4 with Jack Matthews Development, and other actions related thereto, contingent upon terms and conditions stated therein.
