City of Litchfield Planning Commission met Dec. 16.

Here are the minutes provided by the commission:

Chairman Ed Wernsing called the December 16, 2024, Public Meeting of the Plan Commission to order at 6:17 P.M. Members present were Ed Wernsing, Judy Dalhaus, Kevin Brumm, Jerald Cruthis, Carol Stuttle, Ben Schwab, Dennis Billiter, Lonnie Bathurst and Mayor Steve Dougherty. Members absent were Richard Weiss and Julie Elizondo. Others in attendance were Ciara Hay, David Hollo, Chirs Ukena, Kassidy Paine, Zach Fenton, Michael Mollet, Kevin Hay, Ray Kellenberger, Gary Baker, Bob Sneed, and Dawn Ashby.

Lonnie Bathurst made a motion, seconded by Carol Stuttle to approve the November 18, 2024, Public Meeting Minutes as written.

Mayor Steve Dougherty made a motion, seconded by Kevin Brumm to recommend an amendment to zoning ordinance #2831 for a zoning change from A-1 Agricultural to S-1 Single family residence for the current parcel # 10-35-100-54.
