1. A motion to accept the minutes from the January 16, 2025 meeting.

Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve an ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a development agreement for a residential subdivision development project in TIF #4 with Jack Matthews Development, and other actions related thereto, contingent upon terms and conditions stated therein.
