HSHS St. Joseph?s Hospital Breese recently issued the following announcement.
All health fairs are open from 6 to 10 a.m. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, as the process at the fair will be more in depth than in past years.
Forms may be mailed to Health Fair, PO Box 99, Breese, IL 62330 and will be accepted until one week before each event. You may also scan/email your form to sjb.healthfair@hshs.org

All health fairs are open from 6 to 10 a.m. All scheduled dates include:
- Wednesday, September 5, at the Breese KC hall.
- Wednesday, September 19, at the Carlyle KC hall.
- Wednesday, October 3, at Trenton First United Methodist Church
- Wednesday, October 17, at the Germantown American Legion
