CARLINVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT: The Board of Police Commissioners and the Carlinville Police department are accepting applications

Carlinville Police Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.

The Board of Police Commissioners and the Carlinville Police department are accepting applications to renew or current Eligibility List for future appointments. Interested individuals must fill out the application which is found on the website www.carlinvillepolice.com/employment.html.

Applications will be accepted through October 19th, 2018. Minimum qualifications are 21 years old, valid driver's license, high school diploma or higher, no felony convictions, must be able to pass written and physical agility tests and be a U.S. citizen.

Benefits include: paid sick time, vacation after 1 year, paid health insurance.
