Call Pana Community Hospital Diagnostic Imaging NOW during October Breast Cancer Awareness month at 562-6366 to schedule your screening mammogram.
Every woman, age 35 and older, who schedules a screening mammogram will be entered into the drawing for a Pink Little Tykes Princess Cozy Coupe filled with many pampering gifts from local Pana Area Merchants. Gifts include: a hand- made quilt, robe, awareness flag, Oak Terrace Spa gift card, Hair Razors, Candy’s Flowers, Gina Kuhn massage, Tan Lines, Pizza Man and more!
If you already have an appointment, you can still enter! Just call and ask us to enter your name.
Your appointment can be scheduled as far out as October 31, 2019. If you just had your mammogram in the past several months, schedule for your next mammogram in 2019 and you can be a part of the contest as well.
