b) Discuss status of Dan Bosomworth completing 32 hour certified trustee training class and other board members compliance with 2018 mandatory trustee training.
c) Review and approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit (or draft financial statements) to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2018 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of minutes from all meetings and training certificates for all trustees.
9. New Business
a) Discuss and approve setting of 2019 board meeting dates (currently meet on 4th Monday of Quarterly months at 1:30 p.m. at Salem City Hall; (1/28; 4/22; 7/22; 10/28/2019);
b) Discuss Senate Bill 371;
c) Discuss IPPFA Illinois Conference April 30 - May 3, 2019 in East Peoria.
