Republican Blaine Wilhour has been declared the winner in the 107th House District against Democrat David Seiler.

With 95 percent of the precincts reporting, Wilhour had 71 percent of the vote with a total of 22,687 votes.

Seiler received 29 percent of the vote with a total of 9,103 votes.
