Q2 real estate sales report: Bunker Hill

Median prices rose in Bunker Hill over last year, and are down 16 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 8 homes sold in Bunker Hill for a median price of $81,500. That's 20.6 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Bunker Hill.
