Mater Dei High School issued the following announcement on Dec. 8.
From the sale of “Babies Matter, People Matter, Life Matters” pro-life shirts, Teens for Life raised $200, which they donated to Angela Michael of Small Victories Ministries at a recent prayer vigil at The Hope Clinic for Women in Granite City.
In addition, from a jeans day they hosted November 14, Teens for Life raised an additional $390 to support Clinton County Citizens for Life and Food for the Hungry. Students had the opportunity to wear jeans with this year’s pro-life shirt or a Mater Dei spirit shirt.
We thank our Teens for Life members and moderator Mrs. KK Schneider for raising awareness of all aspects of the pro-life movement.
