Report: Nashville spent $11,099 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Nashville Community High School District 99 is up 0.2 percent from five years ago, according to a South Central Reporter analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Washington County school district spent $11,075 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $11,099 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 433 to 430.

Nashville's spending in 2017-18 was 16.8 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
