Administrators in Nashville Community High School District 99 earn an average of $65,017 per year, ranking 829th out of 864 districts in the state, according to a South Central Reporter analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card.

The 2018 average is 38.6% lower than in 2014 and 42.5% lower than in 2009. District administrators make 39.4% less than the state average of $107,279.

Administrator salaries depend on the district's size, location and resources, as well as the individual's level of experience and education, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

The Washington County school district enrolled 430 students in 2017-18. There is an average of 188 students for every administrator, compared to a statewide ratio of 181 to 1.
