Q3 real estate sales report: Lake Ka-Ho

Median prices declined in Lake Ka-Ho over last year, and are down 17.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 1 home sold in Lake Ka-Ho for a price of $38,500. That's 54.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Lake Ka-Ho.
