Q3 real estate sales report: Carlinville

Median prices rose in Carlinville over last year, and are up 1.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 19 homes sold in Carlinville for a median price of $70,000. That's 14.4 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Carlinville.
