Q4 real estate sales report: Palmyra

Median prices declined in Palmyra over last year, and are up 93.3 percent over 9 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 2 homes sold in Palmyra for a median price of $32,500. That's 10.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Palmyra.
