Q4 real estate sales report: Benld

Median prices declined in Benld over last year, and are up 168.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 2 homes sold in Benld for a median price of $48,750. That's 13.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
