1. A motion to accept the minutes from the January 17, 2019 meeting.

2. *** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills.

New Business:

1. Water – Dave Hollo – A motion to authorize the advertisement for bids of water treatment chemicals for the upcoming fiscal year.

2. Water – Dave Hollo – A motion to spend up to $1,205.00 to have The Pump Shop replace the cooling fan in HSP #3 VFD, and for the city clerk to cut a check upon satisfactory completion.

3. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve Dan Heise Plumbing & Heating Inc. to complete plumbing work as described in the Bi-Centennial Shower House Bid Spec Sheet for $7,596.

4. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the 2019 Lease Agreements and Rules and Regulations for both the Lake Front Seasonal Camping and the Bi-Centennial Campground Seasonal Camping.

5. Streets – Kassidy Paine – A motion to purchase a used 2006 Ford E 350 sewer camera truck from E J Equipment for $49,000.00 and authorize the City Clerk to cut a check upon satisfactory delivery.

6. Tourism – Marilyn Sisson – A motion to approve a resolution to support the Marketing Partnership Program grant application and a resolution to commit local funds.

7. Sewer Plant – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to authorize the purchase of a replacement instrument panel/control panel for the Litchfield waste water treatment facility’s backup emergency power generator from Altorfer. The amount is not to exceed $15,868.56, and to authorize the City Clerk to issue checks.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

1. “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(1).

2. “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(6)

3. “Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(11)
