Hillsboro Area Hospital issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Grab your yoga mats and your kiddos! Teamwork Rehab and the First Steps Program will be hosting a Yoga for Kids event. This session will include yoga poses, stretching, and breathing techniques. Mark your calendars for 1:30-2:30 pm on March 4th!
