How did Seth McMillan spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Seth McMillan's election campaign committee, Friends for Seth McMillan, spent $6,197 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McMillan's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,023) going to PF Communications in Indianapolis. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McMillan's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
