Central City home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Central City fell by $6,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $14,000 - a 30% decrease over the $20,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Central City in March 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Central City for 2017 was $352. In 2016, the median sales tax was $352, as well. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.5%.
