Hillsboro home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Hillsboro rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,250 - a 12.3% increase over the $59,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hillsboro in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Hillsboro for 2017 was $1,698. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,730. This marks an decrease of 1.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
