Odin home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Odin fell by $35,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,250 - a 56.7% decrease over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Odin in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Odin for 2017 was $645. In 2016, the median sales tax was $645, as well. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
