Centralia home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Centralia fell by $17,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,500 - a 38.9% decrease over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Centralia in May 2017, as well.
