Odin home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Odin rose by $1,800 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $34,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Odin in January 2018, as well.
